JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work closely with the management team to develop and plan digital and on the ground marketing campaigns: for Annual, Monthly and Weekly activities.
- Coordinate with relevant department heads and suppliers on the timely output of information and photos for marketing campaigns.
- Daily monitoring of social pages and respond to messages and comments.
- Manage and develop content for blog posts and online articles.
- Manage and develop content created by customers to be repurposed for our social handles.
- Content creation for bi-weekly content calendars and in the moment initiatives.
- Expand our marketing reach to new customer segments.
- Expand our customer database.
- Custodian of CRM email system.Sending promotional emails in tandem with social media strategy and database logging into CRM system.
- Coordinate the influencer outreach activations  
- Assist in traditional PR on ground and in-house customer engagement activities.
- Measure the success of our marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.
- With at least 3 years of working experience in Marketing preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Possess good communication skills both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience handling social media, digital marketing, CRM and marketing activities & events.
